What is FindMy Stay?
FindMy Stay is a vacation rental and stay booking app concept from Humanoid Systems, designed end to end and ready to build for your business. Guests tell Aurora, an AI travel concierge, what they want; it finds verified homes, books them in a tap, and the phone becomes the door key. Owners list, price and host from an app of their own, and your team runs supply, trust and money from an admin console.
Who is it for?
Founders building a holiday home or vacation rental marketplace, hospitality groups and property managers with villas, cottages or serviced apartments, and travel companies adding stays. We build FindMy Stay in your brand, for India, the UAE or any market.
How is FindMy Stay different?
Every home is verified before it goes live, with owner KYC, ownership proof, photo checks and a live video walkthrough. Search starts with a conversation, prices are shown in full up front, and Aurora says why it picked each stay, downsides included. Payments are held in escrow until check-in, guests pay by UPI, card, EMI or a split with friends, and the phone opens the door.

How are listings and owners verified?
Owners complete KYC and upload ownership or lease proof. The platform checks that photos are original, that the map pin matches the address, that the price is in line with the area and that the payout account is real, and can schedule a live video walkthrough. Every listing gets an AI risk score before your team approves it.
How do digital keys work?
Guests get a key in the app that opens a smart lock over Bluetooth from check-in time, even without internet. It locks again on its own and can be shared with co-guests. We integrate with the smart-lock brand you choose.
Can it work in India and the UAE?
Yes. Payments, taxes and identity checks follow each market: UPI, EMI and DigiLocker in India, and dirham pricing in the UAE, with one admin console across all of them.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, the designs and the store listings belong to you.
