01
Chat to order
Eatato starts with a question: what do you want to eat? People tap a craving, type it or say it, and the assistant takes it from there.
- “Dosa in 30 minutes” is a whole order
- Quick picks like dosa, idli and biryani
- Browse is one tap away
02
Only places that make it on time
Say how soon, and Eatato shows only the places that can deliver by then, fastest first, with the arrival time on every card.
- “By 9:00 PM”, not just “30 min”
- Offers and free delivery up front
- Change the time whenever you like
03
Worth the wait
If waiting 20 minutes more gets something special, Eatato says so: the famous place nearby, its rating and when it would arrive.
- Yes, I can wait, or keep it quick
- Assigned to a rider just before the food is ready
- Tracked in the admin console
04
Dishes, and what else they have
Dish photos, veg marks and prices in the chat, plus what else the restaurant is known for, so one order covers the table.
- Add dishes without leaving the chat
- An order summary with the arrival time
- Review and pay in one tap
05
Browse, the classic way
For people who like to scroll: search, cuisines, dish photos and a veg-only filter, with restaurant pages and bestsellers.
- Veg and non-veg filters
- Under 30 min, rated 4.4+, offers, nearest
- Restaurant pages with a menu and offers
06
Checkout and UPI
A clear bill with coupons and a tip for the rider, then a UPI request straight to the customer’s UPI app.
- Coupons applied at checkout
- Tip your rider
- UPI first, with other payment methods
07
Live tracking to the door
A live map with the rider’s name, vehicle and rating, every step from confirmed to delivered, and an OTP to share at the door.
- Leave at the door, or don’t ring the bell
- Call the rider in the app
- Rate the food and the rider
08
A store app for restaurants
Restaurants accept orders with a prep time, print the kitchen ticket, mark orders ready, check the rider’s order ID and switch dishes off when they run out.
- New, preparing and ready queues
- Order ID check at hand-over
- Menu and stock switches
- Daily sales and weekly payouts
09
A rider app that pays fairly
Riders go online, take a timed offer with the earning up front, navigate to the pickup and the drop, and finish with the customer’s OTP.
- A pickup checklist before leaving
- Rain bonuses and busy zones on the map
- Weekly target bonus and instant payout to UPI
- 4Apps behind every order: customer, store, rider and admin
- 2Ways to order: chat with Eatato, or browse
- 38Screens, from craving to doorstep
What is Eatato?
Eatato is a food delivery app concept from Humanoid Systems, designed end to end and ready to build for your business. It is the four apps behind every order: customers order by chatting with an assistant or by browsing, restaurants prepare in a store app, riders deliver with a rider app, and your team runs the city from an admin console.
Who is it for?
Founders launching food delivery in their city, restaurant groups and cloud kitchens that want a delivery app of their own, and delivery businesses adding food. We build Eatato in your brand, for your cities and your restaurants.
How is Eatato different?
Most food apps start with an endless list of restaurants. Eatato starts with a question: what do you want to eat, and how soon? It shows only the places that can deliver in time, suggests a famous place nearby when waiting 20 minutes more is worth it, and builds the order in the chat. People who prefer to scroll get a classic browse mode with dish photos and a veg-only filter.
Built on modules we have already designed
Eatato reuses the live tracking from BobsRide, our ride-hailing concept, and the job dispatch from Findar, our home services concept. The hardest parts of a delivery platform are designed already, which keeps the build shorter.
The look
Leaf green and saffron on a warm, glassy base, with Poppins throughout and a green-to-saffron line that marks progress. We can keep it, or redesign it in your brand.

Questions about this concept
Can you build a food delivery app like Swiggy or Zomato?
Yes. Eatato covers what people expect from apps like Swiggy, Zomato or Talabat: restaurants and menus, a cart, UPI and card payments, live tracking and ratings, plus the store, rider and admin apps behind every order. It adds a chat assistant that orders by time. We build it in your brand, for your city.
How long does it take to build a food delivery app?
About 16 weeks from the first workshop to the App Store and Google Play for all four apps, because Eatato is already designed and reuses our live tracking and dispatch modules. We confirm the timeline after the workshop.
How much does it cost to build a food delivery app?
It depends on your cities, restaurants, payments and integrations. Because the product is already designed, it costs less than starting from scratch. We give you a fixed quote after a short workshop.
How does ordering by chat work?
People say what they want to eat and how soon. Eatato shows only the places that can deliver in time, fastest first, and suggests a famous place nearby if they can wait 20 minutes more. Dishes, the order summary and payment all happen in the chat, and the classic browse mode is one tap away.
How are orders dispatched to riders?
The dispatch engine offers each order to the best-scored rider nearby, by distance, load and rating, for 30 seconds, then moves down the list. Orders for people who chose to wait are assigned shortly before the food is ready, and your team can assign any order by hand from the admin console.
Can Eatato work for one restaurant brand or a cloud kitchen?
Yes. Eatato can run as a marketplace for many restaurants or as the ordering app of one brand or cloud kitchen, with the same store, rider and admin apps.
Who owns the app and the code?
You do. Once the project is paid for, the source code, the designs and the store listings belong to you.
